well well
Great Dub,
I do believe nothing improves the mental health more than exercise and this is a excellent reminder to me that I there is something I should be doing but simply have not engaged yet. I quit drinking months ago and now quit cigs over a month ago and this would be really good thing for me to do right now.
Thanks for the post!

Fresh air and exercise is great. In fact
ive been up since the crack of dawn and
have cut the back yard, filled a wheel barrel
with dirt at least 6 times filling in low spots
in the yard.
The sun is out and the skies r blue. There's
a nice breeze to cool the sweat ive worked
up.
Communing with nature in early recovery is
good. Id sit outside with my Big Book of AA
or listen to some good music....instrumental
or something soothing. Listen to the birds and
just sit in awe at the beauty of this world
we are blessed with.
Its time to stop and smell the flowers. To
observe their beauty and colors. Take a
walk along a river, beach or stream.
Leave all the noise behind u from the city,
work place, grocery stores.
Its so awesome to have the fog cleared
from ur mind and feel at peace for once.
It's called Serenity.
I love motorcycle riding where im still a
passanger for now. The wind in ur face.
The freedom of the open road.
Its unexplainable unless uve experienced
it.
Enjoy some Serenity today.
