I'm still here and sober

Today i am 11 days clean. Wow,the emotional ups and downs are unbelievable. It feels really good to feel proud of myself but at times it takes all I can do to stay strong. Thank everyone for the support I get it hlps so much. In case anyone is wondering the baby is feeling better and finally sleeping.

Way to go Grace,
Congrats on the 11 days. Yeah the emotional ups and downs are fairly normal early on. Just hang in there it will smooth out and begin to feel much better. I am glad your baby is doing well, and I love to see Mom's and Dad's making the effort!
