Today is Day 18
Yesterday was a little difficult. Around 1 PM, the voice started talking to me. I was pretty sure I was going t odrink when I got home, but instead I went to dinner with my wife and the craving went away. I am pretty happy about that. I find that if I can get my mind off the booze, I wont drink. I know that sounds easier said then done, but it is working for me. Any way, I hope I dont drink today. Love ya all.

l am on day 29, but l have a great fear that after a while l will slip back, thinking "oh... it wasn't all that bad...l won't let it get out of control this time.."
Maybe tomorrow or in a years time.
But every day sober is one more !!

Keep telling that addictive voice to go bother someone else and it will come calling less and less often.
Just don't send him over to my place.
I don't think your AV could get into Canada anyways. The border control is very tight right now between our two countries.
