Made it 1 week

I have been sober for 7 days so far and am feeling great. Whenever I try to quit I usually relapse on day 5 or 6, so 7 days is awesome for me. I'm looking forward to the next 7 days of sobriety, thank you to everyone on this forum, you have made my recovery so much easier. :ghug3

Keep doing what you are doing and before you know it it will be a month, then 6 months, then a year! You are doing great.

Congratulations on your 7 days of sobriety. Remember that we each get a DAILY reprieve. 7 days is a huge accomplishment.

Congratulations on your first week. I think that the first week is by far the hardest so just keep on doing what you are doing.

I hear you. Usually day 5 or 6 for me has always been a Friday or Saturday, then BAM, breakdown, drink til I puke. I am so proud of you, envious even. Seven days is great!

Yea that is true, no more clang clang of bottles in the morning, no more headaches in the morning, no more feeling like #$%^, life is starting to get awesome now
