I am going on day 12*. I have an asterisk there since I did have 2 beers on Wednesday, but I was far from drunk and poured the rest down the drain. I am feeeling pretty good. I actually was a sleep yesterday before 11PM without the use of any sleeping pills. I hope this is a sign that my insomnia is going away. ANyway, this is the longest I have gone without getting hammered in many months and I am really proud of that. My best friedn is coming over to hang out tonight and he doesn't really drink so it should be fun. I am looking forward to a nice, sober weekend of sports and hanging with the family. I will be posting throughout to also see how everyone is doing. Love ya guys.

Way to go on working your program. I am glad you poured the rest down the drain before you got tempted to continue.
If you classify sober as not drunk your time is intact.
I doubt if I could just have a couple so I choose to have none.
