Hi Im Sharon an Alcoholic.

By the Grace of my HP
and people like u here in
SR I havent found it nec-
essary to pick up a drink
of alcohol since 8-11-90.

For that and you I am
truely grateful.

This was for me at one time
when i was a lurker and now
its for all the new lurkers
finding courage to break
out of ur shell and share
who u r and why u r here.

I heard this song yesterday which made
me think about all my changes ive gone
through thru out the yrs. and how one
day ill let my family know it.

Changes that you here in SR know about.

Like an onion the peels of changes of my
past life is slowly falling off...good
changes thanks to the program of AA,
and faith in my HP guiding me along
those changes.

I didnt lurk when i joined because
I was already exposed to a program
of AA and already knew about different
AA programs available here online.

This one has served a greater purpose
for me ever since i joined.

There isnt a thing i have to go thru
by myself here in Sober Recovery.

So coming out or changing my self
with help from Sober Recovery has
been a blessing.
