any tips for staying clean? (oxycodone)
im trying to get off oxycodone!~ i have been for 5 days! i started my suboxone treatment 6 days ago!~ (a pill to help you get off opiots) so far so good! any tips for staying clean would help

Simply following others who have gone the same route and found a way off that route became an attraction to me. I found these people who i came to respect and love at the meetings and remained there long enough to get, that the dilemma I found myself in, was all due to my minds influence. See step 1

Good for you!
What worked for me, in the early days of recovery, was to change daily routines and habits. If there is a time of the day that is particularly hard for you, then plan to be doing something else at that time - call someone, go to the gym, take your dog for a walk, whatever works for you.
