The site can be very helpful used in moderation especially to fill a void in our lives.

This site will never replace a face to face meeting but, I know it's been a Godsend to people in remote areas.

I haven't had a drink in quite a few 24 hours now. Best advice I can give you is, just for today, don't pick up that first drink.
