How long has it been since you were sober this long?
A couple of us on the Year and Under thread commented on how long it had been since we had been sober as long as we have been sober today. It was fun to hear about the miracle 
So, I will start.
I have not been sober this long since the end of 1996! How cool is that!

Thats awesoem. I remember I couldnt stay clean even a day for years. I never really get too much time together. But the longest I have ever been clean is 4 mos and that was this past summer. I know its not now. But this is the beginning of the all time record for me.

I have 25 days of true, uninterrupted sobriety and almost 6 months without a drink. I reference the 25 days here and so it's been almost 14 years (Army basic training, 1995) since I've been truly sober this long. That was two months back then. And if we're counting just the drinking, this is the longer ever since I started back in like 1986 or so...

I haven't touched a drop in about 8 months.
The last time I was sober 8 months or longer was 2003.

I have currently been sober for 9 days. I've made it to 11 days a few times, and 17 days way back last April.
If, no WHEN, I make it to 18 days it will be the longest I have been sober in seven years.
If, no WHEN, I make it to 18 days it will be the longest I have been sober in seven years.

This is the longest I've been sober since I very first started drinking, back in high school, maybe at age 15? I'm 34 now.. yikes.. 19 years, altho the first 10 or 12 were like once a month or once every two month drinking nights.

1997. I went 30 days back then because my doc told me my liver enzymes seemed out of whack and he needed me to abstain from alcohol and tylenol. After that 30 days I was back on the alcohol, giving up the tylenol was easy!
