"Changing for Good"

I use this book "Changing for Good" by a psychologist James Prochaska (and his colleagues) a lot. Just reread the chapter on "maintenance" this AM and realized it holds so much for me about how to keep this sobriety thing going, and to accept it as who I am now in my life and plan to be for the rest of my life.

Do any of you use this book also? It is a lifeline for me a lot of the time but it is not just about not drinking, it is about changing any destructive behavior. It is also very secular in its approach. The author is an analyst and quite pragmatic.. (so am I so it works for me).. and he has a big heart.
