Simplicity
Feeling great this morning... I feel strong and energetic, like my old self. I feel as if there is nothing stopping me or getting in my way. I'm going to do yard work again today... Getting outdoors, hearing the birds, seeing the first flowers opening up to a new spring... I would not replace any of this for all the material objects in the world. The more time I spend sober the more I realize I am a simple kind of woman.

Nice to hear it.....that sun can do alot for lifting motivation and mood for me anyhow..
Enjoy it.....youve earnt it..
Me.......im a worn round the edges and have a cold.
BUT..........fishing on wednesday............for 3 days

You know it is funny, I find the simple things awesome as well, I notice little things today, like the wildflowers growing on the side of the road, the smell of unseen honeysuckle, the sounds of creatures unseen in the night, the reflection of the moon off of a mud puddle, a childs laughter. None of this seemed to matter when I was drinking.

Waking up early enough on a Saturday to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and warmth already starting to push through, before 7am... ah.. yes

goodluck to you (toomutch) yep it is great to be outside working , its kinda like tuning in on a true reality , well one i had forgot and refound , its a good feeling
