Good morning all,

Day 2 , made it through Friday , big accomplishment as I usually drink Thurs - Sat. and Friday was day one so I drank Thurs couple glasses of my fav wine as my final drink.

The sun is shining and not hurting my head because it is too bright, it is absolutley beautiful..No tylenol today, no fuzzy head....feeling strong. Hope this determination gets me through today.

Hey IMT! I like your enthusiasm about your sobriety. That's the stuff you gotta remember when times get tough. That's easier to say than it is to do. But when times do get tough and it's more than you can take then come to SR. You've been a member for a while so I'm pretty sure you know that. Just remindin' ya. Stay focused. Make sobriety a part of who you are.
