Here it goes...Day 1 again....
Hi everyone,
Haven't been here in awhile. Picked today - Friday of all days to be my Day 1. Looking forward to PEACE in my life again. I quit for 5 years before and know the wonderful feeling of being free from thinking about alcohol ALL the time.
Goodbye anxiety, goodbye guilt, goodbye shame, hello freedom and of course hello to everyone at SR.
I will be here everyday.

Congratulations on making it for five years. I can't imagine doing that right now.
Welcome back. I am new at this and come here everyday right now.

What a wonderful place to return to
with no one sending you away or
telling you to come back another
time.
Recovery is here for all those who
are reaching out for it.

As I sit here beating myself up over past mistakes, I have tears in my eyes from all the support I am receiving here.
Thank you so much, I am going to make it again this time. I will be coming here many times a day, I know I will need it in early recovery.
