Hello one and all!
I was a member before but I had some computer problems, and some alcohol problems as well
Anyway, I'm glad to be back because I found alot of great uplifting help on this site before and I hope I can be of benefit to anyone that I may.

Os stands for obvious sweets. It is from another thread on here for peeps yjay are trying to quit eating sugary goods. When I quit drinking I started eating a lot of that stuff and was gaining belly fat so I am trying to minimize it.
I am trying to go 30 days at a time then treat myself. Lost 7 pounds so far off my gut.

I didn't dare ask, but I thought OS was "other substances", glad I was wrong ! But I sure don't think I'll turn off obvious sweets for a few more months! I wake up in the middle of the night now to eat candy and cake and whatever sweets I can get my hands on...then go back to bed without brushing my teeth! I hope my teeth don't fall out !
