This is probably one of the saddest articles I ever read. Having been the victim of domestic violence for years, my heart hurt for the family of this young lady, and the daughter she left behind.

Yes, I am sure there are plenty who don't make the news. I know there were many times I should have gone to the ER with injuries, but didn't because I knew he'd just beat me worse when I got home.
