Now I'm trying to figure out if Cole (the kid on drugs) who is Marty 's son, is the result of the rape by Todd years ago, and if he is then Cole and Starr are 1/2 siblings, lol

Yes it will be interesting how they play this out, they haven't done any addictions on OLTL in quite a few years.

I used to watch faithfully AMC, OLTL and GH, but then stopped. Now thanks to the SOAP channel I can catch up periodically, lol

Yes, I like certain Soap Operas, roflmao, started many years ago, when General Hospital was in black and white and only 1/2 hour long, lmao

I don't think that would work out age wise.

That would grose me out too much , the rape line is all a bit much for me
as it is.

I think I'll freak out if that is the case.

I am just interested to see if they keep blaming Cole for Mathews being paralyzed or if they start to realize they all saw the signs.

Nora was a wreck yesterday, poor thing.

Hydrogirl, there are a bunch of teens at the high school doing hydros at and one of the kids recently got addicted to them, and got into a car wreck and paralyzed one of the younger kids.

Of course the kid had been going through worse hell than any kid should have to go through, and no one noticed (except his friends) that he was falling into this drug addiction.

Now everyone (the adults) are all mad at him and his friends..

Yet, they all "Kinda" knew about the drugs, but no one knew what to do really.

Kind of like real life, in a way.......

Haven't watched the soaps in years. Goodness, I used to like AMC & GH, and I'm going back to when Luke & Laura were the hot item. LOL

You'll have to let us know about that storyline...and how it plays out.

Genie Frances came into the program about the same time I did (not breaking her annonymity as she breaks it all the time) and we used to attend meetings together, she was only 19. Her father Igor Frances who was a really GREAT character actor was also at a lot of the meetings I attended.

She has started talking about it a lot more in the past few years, and I believe it's because she see so many 'thin to the bone' actresses and it scares her a lot. I have always liked her, and of course Luke also, who is STILL on GH, rofl. She came back for a bit on GH as her character is still around, locked up in ahospital, but some of her memories have returned.

I too, Miss Done, am waiting to see how they handle this overall. They've done a pretty good job of showing the 'denial', hopefully they will take it to the next step and start to show the 'recovery' of him and his family.

I don't stay on top of these things, so NO, I didn't know about Genie Francis. I can see how she would view these ultra thin actresses, with fear for them.

My all time favorite period of time for GH, was when it was Luke & Laura and Robert & Anna.

If memory serves me correctly, there were quite a few years between the rape and Marty marrying the irish guy and getting pregnant. Ten again, it is a soap opera and if people can come back from the dead they certainly can become pregnant 3yrs after having sex, lol

There is really no way they could feasable make Cole Todd's son.

Cole and Starr are the same age, Todd was young when he raped
her, in college. He wasn't with Blair when he raped her.


There is no way that would make any sense.
If the writers do that, which knowing them they always could,
I will Protest!!!!!!! LOL

Oh and a good twist also, is Stars teacher's (Cliftons) Mom (Dr. Joplin) covered for her son's
drug addiction when he stole pills etc. in the end Todd blackmailed her cause of it.

A whole bunch of twists to it, but in the end she ended up taking her life.

Pretty big drug story line..
