hi all thankyou for the lovely replys 
Im trying not to spend too much time on the computor as that was when I drank alot so apologise if i dont answer straight away. Im not going to rehab as we have to pay hubby earns too much ( dont know where the money goes tho!) but Its not entirely not posible coucilour is trying to work something out. I spent two weeks in hopital detoxing which was the best thing for me as I rested rested rested. Im taking my medication at a chemist so its proved Im taking it and its working well so I have the ol antibuse in my system. i know that as long as i take my antibuse first thing in the morning half the battle is won!! I dont have cravings as such just memories . i feel good but im always hungry now so eating more. i check in daily lovely to be back here
