I get the analogy, my therapist once described it as like taking the layers off an onion one at a time.You cry in the process?But you get there(this seems to be a food thread inadvertantly-eggs, onions-where's the bacon hey?lol)

You've been given a ton of support and suggestions in other threads.I hope you have taken them in and thought about acting on them.I have nothing else to offer really-it's all been said to you.

I just hope you find some peace and realise you don't have to keep living the way you have been-but that DOES mean you have to make some changes and step up and face life too.

We all have 'broken shells' but some of us realise it's the beginning of something better-not an end....and we make changes and create a better life for ourselves.You can too.
