thanks to all of you!
wow, i really wish i knew this site existed a long time ago... buy by the grace of GOD i discovered this site yesterday early morning after getting high off vicodin for the LAST THE TIME. I just couldnt wait till today to announce to somebody that i have been sober now for one whole day. i know to people that dont understand the addiction that doesnt sound like a very long time but...as most of u probably understand that first day seems like a lifetime. i know this is going to be a long road to recovery considering ive been addict for the past 4years popping as many pill as i could get my hands on, and believe it or not i really am a nurse ( i learned to hide it very well) ... but, i after discovering this site i realize i am not alone and you all have gave me the strength to do this. so again thank you! you all saved my life! god bless you...

Hang tight, and definitely keep reading and posting -- especially when you're feeling weak.
Stay strong, and check in as often as you can so we can all get to know you a bit!
Be as good to yourself as you are to your patients. REALLY!!!!
