Just wanted to let everyone know that it's my 4th day without alcohol, and no gravings. How about that! I feel extremely good. I'm keeping myself busy taking care of my daughters, my business and signed up for beauty school. When I come home at 7:00pm eastern....I can't wait to come home to you. I try to connect during the day but today it was kinda busy for me. I undersand that I need you guys, so I'm tring to stay as close as possible as I can...... I'm praying it sticks this time.

Good job Shy and stay close to the board when you feel you need support. I wish I was in the Caribbean right now but instead I am in snowy Canada. Oh well can't have everything.
