WELCOME. My mother is a alcoholic, I am a alcoholic my great grandfather was an alcoholic. About time I end this thing and land good choices at SR. Welcome, feel free to talk, type, bitch and cry about anything.

i'm so overwhelmed by all the lovely welcomes! i've posted at other forums before (not addiction related) and only got 1 or 2 responses if i'm lucky. you've all made my day, truly. i'm so looking forward to finding my feet around here and getting to know you all.

Congratulations on choosing recovery, it sounds like you have several challenges to deal with, and the best way to do that is by being sober. Good luck, and reach out: post a lot, read a lot, keep up the positive attitude

Hello Tiny! Wow, quite a bit on your plate. Stay with us and we'll help you find happiness. I see that you say you are a recovering addict. If you are no longer on drugs then you're already on the road to full recovery! Now to do the booze and get you doing what you want in life!
