4 weeks
I finished 28 days/nights as of about 1:00 am this morning. Almost at 29, and will hit that mark while I am asleep. The last two weeks have been pretty good mood wise mixed in with some accomplishments. I've been to the gym 7 times, kinda sore from yesterday - but feeling well physically overall. I also got a professional development report pretty much done that I have been putting off for the last 8 months.
I don't know how long this streak will last for. But I am definetely not looking to end it any time soon. I still do think about the stuff, but have not fell into temptation. This whole time I have had four beers left in the fridge, and half a 26 that my mom left when she was over at Christmas.
Now I am just blabbing so I should quit while I am ahead. I'll just say, that if I can do this, all of you can do this. Here's to having a clear mind, body and spirit.

CONGRATS! That is awesome, I will have my 30 days tomorrow night at 9pm. I too have leveled out some these past two weeks but still adjusting to dealing with emotions...will come in time Im sure. Anywho YEAH for you, keep it up.....
Gonzo I applaud you! You're doing fantastic! I've been hitting the gym pretty hard too...being sore sure beats a hangover though huh? You've been accomplishing so much and that's great -- keep going

Yonanjan - no need for me to get rid of the beers out of the fridge. I figure, there is a world full of booze out there. If I get tempted enough, the liquor store is just a mile away. To know that I could go this long, especially with some just a reach away, makes me feel even better. However, I don't think this works for everyone. I guess it depends on the person.
Get rid of the booze. We are tempted enough with all the damn commercials and ads everywhere. We dont need the temptation in our own house.
Congrats on the 30 days and keep it up.
