Day 2 for me
Well, I'm into day 2, attended an AA meeting and picked a sponsor, somebody I've known for about 6 months.
Head is still cloudy, the shakes are subsiding but the guys in my break-out group noticed them. No appetite yet. Lots of concern and lots of support.
And a big thanks to all of you here for your support.

great job and congratulations..........shakes is good, it shows your body is getting rid of that evil poison...
Sponsor is a fantastic idea.......one question....does he have a sponsor?
It wonderful to work through the steps with someone and remember you will help your sponsor as much as he helps you...imo.
