Glad you posted this. I'm doing wonderful today. So happy it's my 3rd day sober and couldn't feel better. It's a goreous day outside and I've spent my time between here, cleaning and sitting outside. Just a gorgeous and great day to be sober and alive and enjoying every minute of it!

Im getting better.........thankyou for asking.

Been out today to suck up winter sunshine...although only 4 or 5c the sunshine was very bright reflecting of the snow.

Starting to feel a bit more energy coming through.

Ive taken it easy today......some reading....the wife baked a fruit cake ..

and i can see light at the end of the tunnel....

At the moment im sitting in front of the fire..........with jake..my ridgeback.
This dog has been a rock to me at times...........my best buddy...and i love him dearly.

When the logs burn down and the fire cools..he gets up and starts whinning for me to put more on.....lol...lol....strangest thing ever.

got up today....didnt want a drink...didnt think of a drink..and didnt have a drink..........gods gift....................trucker
