Welcome Steve, 24, and mtm. who I think is also fairly new. This is a great place to come for support. We all support and listen to each other without judging or criticizing. There is a thread on the support section just below here called class of January 09 where a lot of us come and post daily about our trials, tribulations, and whatever else is on our minds, sometimes just how coldit is (canadians and northern U.S.'ers) or how hot it is (Australians). Give it a try. I know it has been monumentally helpful in these days of my early recovery.
