Are we allowed to ask someone here

If they would make a phonecall for us, say that we're pretty trashed and keep wanting to drive out to somewhere, but we really know we shouldn't, and we don't have a phone and want to get a hold of a person to give them our car keys, but have no idea how to get ahold of them sans driving over there, since we have no phone?

How about picking up that phone and calling an AA hotline for help, or calling someone in AA and asking for a ride to a meeting?
