A Day At A Time is back....

Hello there again...
Tomorrow I'm considering it to be day 1 all over again...because I didn't have my last beer until 4 this morning. So today hasn't been a full 24 hours yet.
I managed to make it 12 days...then on my 13th day I gave in.
I'm happy that I made it that long, it sure beat the every other day routine....but I would like to make it longer this time.
I just wanted to come in here and confess, thank you soo much for listening.

It is great that you came back after only 1 day and didn't go on a binge. Slipping a little is not as big a deal as some people make out. Congrats on 12 days and on resuming your quest.

When I went the 12 days....I was really feeling good, I'm looking forward to recapturing that again. Plus my Hubby was quite proud of me.

Glad you're back!!! I just made it back myself again (3 days sober). We can make this happen. I'm trying to just stay in today and hoping tomorrow I can do the same. Maybe we'll look back later in life and see all the days that has passed and know that thats where living began.

You can do this -- we can do this -- One day (hour, moment) at a time!
