OT-Work Related (Need Advice)

My husband lost his job (actually we both did) about 2 months after being there for 18 years and he just started to collect unemployment. He recieved a call back from another job to start working. Well, actually he needed to take training classes first. After only a day and a half of training they said that maybe he wasn't cut out for the position. So they told him to go ahead and clock out. There were also 4 or 5 other people that they let go of within his class, so he wasn't singled out.
How will this effect his unemployment and should we tell the unemployment office that he only got paid 12 hours of training?
I don't know what to do...
Thank you for reading this and any advice you can give.
XOXO

I don't know anything about unemployment, but I'd certainly be completely honest about whatever it is he was paid for..

I would be honest too.
Then you don't have to worry about it.
It will also show the Unemployer case worker
he's actually trying to work.

Blessings to the two of you...
Sorry to know it did not work out.

Be honest! I believe it starts the clock over in terms of how long he can collect benefits.

here in NC,I believe it would not affect the amount he draws.last time I checked, you could make up to a certain amount each week and still draw. That was a long time ago,and the rules may have changed.Give them a call
