Hi everyone

Day five down and I'm feeling very happy with myself.

Still have the dread feeling the morning but I'm learning to live with it. I've decided it must be there for a reason, I just haven't figured out what.

Today I'm going to a attend local singing group. I haven't been before and I'm feeling a bit nervous but also excited.

I've only been outside the house once once in the last week so it's going to be good getting out (I hope).

Will report back on how things went.
