problem with day one....
first of all- I am definitely an alcoholic and realize that. i have cut my intake back to 3/day (2 today) when it was around 8-whatever the wind blows.... i am looking for that first day to cut the noose. looking like tomorrow. boring i know- but just staying in touch. you all are inspiring- i read during the day all of the wonderful people and strengths that are amazing. taking control of your own mind after a long time is tough- and i have read so many success stories here. god bless this website. replacing my addiction with exercise and planning a 100 mile bike ride in april (which i have done quite often before i fell into the pit). love to all

hey Y-
believe it or not 2 yrs ago i was racing bikes- middle of the pack finishes. right now? would take me 5-6hrs. but its with 80-100 others in the same event so a lot of support (and most arent slamming beers to do that). i felt so good when i was doing that.
