Cant sleep without the light on
When I was heavily smoking weed we used to smoke in a shed. And people came round and thye thought we were wimps soft pussyholes.
So the way they toughened us up was turning the shed light off and making us fight them whether we liked it or not. If we said no we dont want a shed ruck tonite. They said well then someones gonna have to fight someone then and we were made too fight our own friends. People were so smashed up black eyes broke noses. And one of my pals was called the punchbag and he got it worst than the rest. And I wished I had helped him out at the time.
But he got rid of these so called friends and hes getting on with things nows and not being beaten up for fun or forced to fight each other even best mates we had to fight or get battered. I forgave the people for what they done though cuz they had it worse than us they were just passing down theyre hurt to us from what people were doing to them.

That sounds really traumatic. Sorry to hear about that.
You said you have forgiven those people who abused you. That is such a huge thing. Good for you.
Sounds like they had really rough lives of their own.
I can totally understand sleeping with the light on now.
