Positive Triggers List
With the amount of relapses and so many people looking at the negative things that lead them to relapse, I am starting this thread with the intent to list the positive things that trigger you to continue your sobriety. Cut and past the list into your reply and add your positive triggers to it. Let's make it a whopper.
Our Positive Triggers to Maintain Sobriety
1. I have a special coin in my pocket everyday that reminds me of my sobriety. I simply hold it when I feel I need added strength.
2. I look at my wife and kids.
3. I feel great in the mornings.
4. I see other people who have over drank and the way they act.
5. I feel a deeper and more connected feeling to people and places.
