I'm reading an autobiography call "Dry". It's good

I also read one called "A Piece of Cake" by Cupcake Brown about a recovering crack addict. It was really good. But if the F word offends you don't read it! (And yes Cupcake is her name!)

Living Sober, Under The Influence, Drinking;A Love Story. Those are some that I've found helpful to my recovery. You do have a Big Book and a 12&12, right? The Little Red Book is also a good reference to The 12 Steps.

I found Allan Carr's - Coping with Alcohol useful.

I found Paul McGrath's - Back from the brink inspiring

I find Ian Rankin's inspector Rebus books great to read, Rebus is trying to cope with a drink problem thoughout the series.
