Wish me luck

I've almost finished with my DIY (I can't believe just how long it's been...) and the house is now on the market. Wish me luck - cos in this economy I'm going to need it!

Good luck, bookwyrm. Think positively if you can - sure, things are tough, but people still need a good place to live. There will be others who need what you have there!
Hugs,
GL

Good luck Bookwyrm!!!

I have heard that the rental market is still making money so perhaps some property owner will wish to buy from you in the hopes to rent, fingers crossed!

Best of luck and don't forget the smell goods.....my mom's a real estate agent, and I can't remember which scent they recommend, but I've heard her talk about it. Bet someone here knows!

Good luck, bookwyrm! I put my house on the market in January and everyone told me I was nuts. Got exactly what I wanted for, plus a little.

Think good thoughts!!!
