Wow, day 3!!! well, my head is pounding but I feel like I'm in a better mood today. The chills are gone I think, that's great!

You can do this one minute, one hour, one day at a time. Just focus on staying clean today. Try not to worry about what tomorrow might bring.

Make sure you post here if your mood changes, Amie. Early recovery can be a rollercoaster of emotions, urges etc. Try not to respond to this by picking up a drink.
