I don't understand what the emergency forum is for. Is it for while the upgrades are happening or in case SR disappears during the upgrade. I'm a technodummy so don't understand the emergency forum or where it comes from.:wtf2

The emergency forum is there just in case there is a glitch in the upgrade. Sometimes the forums go "dark " for a little while during the process, so it's nice to have another place to go if you can't log in here.

The Emergency Forum (you can check it out) is pretty much identical to SR.
As Cats said, it's there in case of problems on SR. When we've had crashes in the past, members have congregated on the Emergency forum and we carry on as usual. It's super!
