4 Days Sober

Im 4 days Sober, Not really sure what to do on this site, I have never been to any type of support group before but IM feeling pretty good.

Glad you found us. You will find lots of information. The Sticky notes at the top of each section contain a wealth of information. You will find support here, so post and read as often as you need.

Hello everyone..new to this site...I have 49 days sober today. I am doing well, last night I REALLY had a bad craving but was able to get through it without using

I think I know how you feel.

It's day 6 for me and I'm not sure what this site is all about but something lead me here. Just trying to keep it going. Sometimes I feel good, sometimes anxious.
