FINALLY someone on TV talks about salvia! Dr Phil's show yesterday talked about the epidemic. It was a good show. I'm starting to try to get it outlawed in my state. If you don't know about it, search for this hallucinogen by just typing salvia into a search engine and youtube: kids are actually posting videos of their reactions to it!
My son has used it. He lied to get an ebay & paypal account so he can buy it on Ebay.

I was at a party once and two people smoked salvia. It was frightening enough that nobody else wanted to try it. One of the guys who smoked it started twitching and drooling and mumbling and then became belligerent. Afterwards he said that it was not a good experience and he would never do it again. He felt like he was chased by someone and couldn't get away.

I had no idea what it was at the time and after watching those two, I find it scary and if Marihuana is illegal, that stuff should be, too because it seems to have a more extreme mind-altering effect...

I am so old that I remember kids mixing a bottle of asprin and coke to get high. Instead they got sick and thought it cool. Woo-hoo.
