Hi all
I have realized that I may have a problem, binge drinking. I don't do it often, MAYBE once a month if not less often, but it has been happening a little more recently now that I going through a divorce. I can drink responsibily most of the time, but I never know when it will turn into one of "those" nights that I regret for a long time afterwards...I can't do it alone and I need encouragment that I don't need to drink to forget my problems.

Sounds like you've realized that you can't forget your problems... It's very likely that drinking will only make the situation more difficult to handle.
Congratulations on reaching out, though. You'll get plenty of encouragement and support here Stick around, post a lot and talk about it.
