Hi honey
Could you tell me when it gets easier, at least with regards drink.
I find that I have too much to drink. Then the next day, about eight, I feel bad (more psychologically than psysical withdrawls) but yet at five or six o clock
I have been a year without a coffee, twelve days without a cigarette, but why can i not do more than one day or two days without bozze, even though it is a tiny amont?
Why, and if anybody knows, do I have such strong resovle smoking but not drinking?

I remember my 'thirty days' milestone like it was.... only 85 days ago! I started to feel much more 'human' by 30 days. I started to feel like I could really keep on going! Sure feels good, doesn't it?
