Hi, I'm married to an addict (he has adhd and his problem is adhd stimulant medication adderall/ritalin, and alcohol as a small factor) who's just admitted he's relapsed.

I am living in a different country to my friends and family and I don't drive so find it hard to get support from places like Narcanon etc so thought I'd join you guys.

I look forward to asking lots of questions and learning more about addiction and what the hell I should do day to day! Feeling pretty drained right now,
