My continuing sobriety is due in large part to the support and love I get here!

Just want to thank you all for always being here for me! It would have been so much harder to make it this far (sixteen weeks!) without the help you all have been so generous with. I am so pleased to be a part of this recovery family! You guys are The Best!!

The most important thing you can do for yourself today, is make the conscious decision not to drink or drug. Even if you screw everything else up today, that's the one right thing you can do.

I think it is for most of us too Least, but its nice to hear you express it. SR is such an important part to people's recovery because for some, its their only tool for recovery.
