Awwwww~~~~~~you guys are so sweet and thanks Jeanette for starting this thread to wish me well. Who could find a better group of women to share our experiences with?? I'm so thankful for you all. I'm OK but this sitting around recuping isn't really my bag of tricks. We did go to visit Chris on Sunday but sisn't have any time-alone time with him. He is living with another fella~~~and they had 3 other couple friends there watching the game and eating tons of food....I'm having a hard time reading Chris lately. Seems like he was happy enough to see us on one hand but on the other hand~~not having any alone time with him bothered me. I may be reading things wrong but this trust issue isn't easy for me. AND~~I think I'm a bit depressed here. Boredom~~Duey leaving Sunday for the week~~OH, and~ Chris's phone goes to voicemail everytime we call. I told him to empty his mailbox and he just won't..Whats up with that???? So~~~~thanks again everyone. You've made my first day back on the puter special......Smiles, Bonnie

Its hard when you are one of those people who dosen't do sick well..
you know , I could be wrong but I get the feeling he just wants some space...not about you...more about him and what he feels he needs right now as he tries his life on for size without mom and dad around , just carving out space for him....the time will come when he is through this part of his life and calling you regular every week like just to check in and see how you are...hugs, Grateful

I agree with grateful2b. It sounds like he's trying to create his own space without mom butting in all the time. That would be my kids talking, not me.
I don't think it has anything to do with mom, just growing.
