I'm soon going to be an EX

No longer a codeine addict's wife, but I'm not going anywhere - I love all of you and this place... so... Opinions on a new name? Apparently MorningGlory can help me

But, I'm open for any other suggestions - I'd just love something that is who I am "now"...

What do you guys think? Anything come to mind?

I think you should put what you feel you are. How about something positive about yourself? You are not his addiction not even in past.
How about "worth it"..........."strong1".........."standingtall"... ....something with character.

I think of "Survivor" (personally I don't watch reality TV and that seems to allude...) But really, I'm quite proud to be an Ex CodeineWife. I mean I made it thru and out, and for me, that was the right choice. What's not to be proud of???? Besides, not being proud of who I was is a little like saying I'm not proud of where I am, and I am so proud to be here with all of you!!!!

I think the name Phoenix suits you because you rose from the ashes and spread your wings to fly.

What about California Phoenix or Phoenix North or CW Phoenix.... it's about YOU and what you feel best about... you should be proud... you are an inspiration and a truly giving person. Make it good! Have a great day!

I love the phoenix idea. Personally, I strongly believe that any name that links us to or defines us through another person is a name that pulls us down. Once we see ourselves autonomously we want definition by our place in the world and not someone elses. I say "claim it baby!" Glad that you are thinking about this and extra glad that you are sticking around.

Point taken about the name from so many of you! This was another one of those "episodes" where I didn't listen right away. I am happy to take your suggestions and I agree with them, and so appreciate the support! Thanks for throwing all those bricks - they finally made it thru this thick head of mine! :ghug2
