I remember seeing some of this movie in treatment , but never seen the ending of it , what i can recall of the movie it was really good .. ill have to look around and see if i can get it someday ...

Keaton's performance is terrific, hell everyone is amazing in this film. The title has a preachy movie of the week feel, but I assure you the level of acting in this film plus the story makes for a very gripping and raw drama.

I saw this film years ago, but will check it out of my library and watch it again. First time I saw it I had no problems with addiction, so to watch it again could be like watching it for the first time.

What I remember from the film is that his character never changed. He got clean but he was selfish to the end. That's what I remember but it's been awhile.

He "changes" when he kinda plays the same character in the film, My Life.

Of course, he dies at the end.
