7 days and feeling LUCKY

Hi Guys

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of you- this web-site that I check into numerous times throughout the day/night, has been giving me the much needed support to start my NEW LIFE without poison (booze). I am on Day 7 and each morning I wake up and thank LIFE for a day without a hangover or anxiety or gulit- one day at a time I know I know (!)- but I just want to cry with gratefulness at times, that I have finally had ENOUGH of my old destructive life of hiding and fear and drink. I feel so grateful and almost born again (but I am jewish so that's not a "kosher" term- ha ha

))))))

Thank you. Day 7- finally Monday's don't suck.

haha, I know exactly what you mean about Mondays not sucking...
I was so used to coming to work Monday feeling like HELL. Like a walking zombie! I'm currently on day 16 and have been enjoying the lack of hangovers like you wouldn't believe.
