newbie here

hi

found your forum via google and thought i would join,. I am trying to quit drinking at moment but sometimes find the urges difficult to handle especially in the evening. Hoping this site would benefit me. I tend to drink every 4 days but i am trying to now get through the 4th day which i havent managed yet but i am sure i will> sorry misinterpretation only on day 2 at moment.

How do you use the chat?

Hi there - I found it through google too. I was feeling very very down after a night of drinking (again) and being told by my 18 year old that I'd better 'f****** sort myself out' or I would lose her.

I'm now on day 24 and can honestly say that coming here and reading every day since has been a big part of me getting so far - for the first time since I don't know when!!
