I'm back and I hope to stay....
I have missed you all terribly. Really want to catch up with everyone and see how you all are doing. It's been a very long time.
My reason for my disappearance is a personal one, so I hope I don't offend by not sharing at this time. Those of you, and you know who you are, are more than welcome, if interested in knowing, can pm me anytime. I hope to check back every few days to catch up.
I've never forgotten you all or what I have learned here at sr.
I pray daily for all of you and have missed you and am very glad to be back.
My son is doing as well as he's always done.
Still smoking weed and taking meds for bi-polar. I stay outta the way
as much as possible. It seems to work.
Not sure though where I am in my recovery. I have good days and bad.
As I'm sure we all have.
Will check back in a day or so for pm's.
Just know that I think of you all often and love every one of you.

Linda, I have missed you a lot and am so glad that you are back. Glad too that Jay is doing okay and that you have found a way that works for both of you. My daughter has been clean for 103 days!!!! Never thought it would happen but it has. And she is living at home and working and catching up on past due debts. For right now I am just taking things one day at a time. Glad you are back ! I have missed you too. It sounds like you are detached from your son somewhat and that would be a good thing for you I am sure. To me that sounds like recovery.

Jumping on the welcome wagon to say how glad I am to see you too.
Measuring my recovery never came easy to me...just when I thought I had it mastered, my HP threw something else my way just to test me. So, for me, just doing the best I can on any given day is as good as I ever get, and that's good enough for me.

I posted a response to each of you individually this morning, but something happened, (not my 'puter) and I was booted off. Arrrgggg!

Marle, I'm so glad that Megan is doing so well. Give her a pray and big bookie hug from me.
Hangin'- our own southern belle. How the heck are ya?
Ann- my very own Canadian queen. I've missed your great and powerful wisdom. Needed ya. Mean it.
Splendra,helpus, and frankly- we've been sr homies for years. Love ya'll.
Greet- my virtual oasis of sanity. Glad to hear from ya, sweetness.
Amy, Diane, and Grateful- you all are the reason I couldn't wait to return.
I've been off work all week so I could settle into a new apartment. I'm lovin' it, btw. Will fill in the holes later.

Hey sweetie, Since you aren't using your own 'puter, you may not be saving your sign on. I've found that if I don't save it, it times out and then i loose whatever I wrote. So I either save the sign on or write everything in Word, then copy and paste.
I also try very hard not to curse when i forget, and this happens
