Happy Labor Day!
As the Summer winds down, I hope it was a good one for everybody. If you were looking for sobriety, I pray you found it. If you found sobriety, I pray you keep it.
The next three days may be a challenge for some...but, we are always here to support and encourage one another, no matter what the circumstances.
Whatever your plans for the weekend...don't drink, don't eat too much, drive safely, don't burn yourself on the b-b-q, don't go swimming without a buddy, don't forget the sunscreen.
See you safe and sober in September!

Aside from my big family weekend, I will also be going to the Minnesota State Fair where you can get any type of food on a stick! Lest year I had part of a deep fried snickers bar in a stick. This year I will be counting all of the beer money I will be saving!

It's a dreary, muggy day at The Jersey Shore...hope all the holiday plans here won't be a "washout", with rain predicted.
But, the folks in Louisiana, Texas...and, maybe Florida...are in my thoughts and prayers.

As we honor the workers of America, I hope everyone here is gainfully employed.
If you're still looking, I hope you find something really soon. I know how frustrating it can be, but don't let it be an excuse to drink/drug. Let's also celebrate a Happy Sober Day!

What a way to lure me out of the house...BBQ!!!
So thats the plan for today. BBQ at my aunts. Only have to walk out my backyard into hers. SO its not too much of an effort. But effort none the less.
Have a safe and fun one guys..
