MROBI, it's my third day, *****ooooooooooo!
I feel good today. The bloating is all but gone. The headache is diminishing.
You can hold on! I prefer to just run as fast as I can to who I used to be.
I cannot wait to feel normal again. Each day is better and better. Do something to keep your mind off the negative. I just finished flying my paraglider wing in the hurricane wind. The wing over shot me so I hit the breaks. When I did this, I was lifted off the ground 10 feet and was dropped like a sack of potatoes. I packed up right away. It felt good doing something healthy for a change.

my recovery date is July/2003..
actually, I had cravings for almost two weeks , about a week ago, and they are gone now..just refused to pick up...I just kept thinking of using and remember how I feel after and that is enough to keep me from ....the craving never represents the reality of using for me..
its like the howl...just got to learn to ignore it and focus on what it is in my life (emotions)at the moment that I want to get lost from , you know?

In the pines is where I want to be.....I am from Ottawa, Ontario..
